IrvinProductions - a very small Illustration and
Design firm. It consists of me, who draws a lot of
pictures, my wife Janna, who I met in art school 38
years ago, does all of the financials and tries to
keep me in line. And Leslie Hodges who is the
backbone of our Delta PSIC project, and without
whom I would have ended this all long ago.
I also have two pretty great sons. John, a tenor
singing with the Lyric Opera of Chicago and Stone,
a Journalism/History major who plays rock and roll.
We take every project and try to pull the best out of
it, make it unique, make it impress.

Experience:
1978-1980 - Staff illustrator for the Atlanta Constitution Newspaper, Atlanta GA
1980 - Original member of the debut staff of CNN - Illustrator and Design responsibilities to create first on air graphics for the first 24 hour news channel.
1978 -1984 - Owned and operated Ampersand Studios a advertising and design studio
1981 to Present - IrvinProductions a Design and Illustration Studio
Teaching:
Taught Illustration and Design at Portfolio Center, Atlanta GA
Taught Illustration and Design Classes and gave demonstrations at Atlanta College of Art
Taught Illustration and Design at Dekalb Junior College (now Perimeter College).
Served on the advisory Board of the Dekalb County School system to develop the programs of curriculum and evaluation for its school system.
